Exercise of the Week: Neck & Shoulder Stretch

Let's Get Bendy! 

After spending hours in front of a computer, are your neck and shoulders a little bit stiff and in need of loosening up? Then it's time to introduce you to the best stretch ever (well, at least for this week). It's the Neck & Shoulder stretch, and can be done on any of the Power Plate machine models using the adjustable straps.


Recommended Machine Settings

Time (sec):
30 - 60

Frequency (Hz): 30 - 35

Amplitude: Low

Coaching key: Maintain good posture.

Muscles targeted: Neck and Shoulder

Recommended sets: 1-2

Level: Beginner

Execution: Static

Modality: Flexibility
