But now Britain's plastic surgeons are weighing in to the phenomenon by reporting a 60 per cent spike in the number of bottom-lifting treatments requested by UK citizens. One cosmetic surgery has even created a package deal - "The Pip Package Perfect Posterior" which will set you back around £8000 (or $12,000 Australian dollars).
But I'm not so sure that having your backside surgically enhanced would provide you with a Pippa-esque bottom, especially if you don't have her body tone or shape to start with. However one thing that the Power Plate delivers on is the ability to perk up your bum without taking to it with a knife.
In fact, the changes to her backside was one of the reasons Power Plate Australia's Head of Education Amanda started using the machine all those years ago. Lateral Squat |
Single Leg Squat / Lunge |
Single Leg Romanian Dead Lift (RDL) |
Glute Bridge (to really get buns of steel, try a single leg glute bridge) |
